A grimace, a funny face, an unrecognisable self-portrait. This is the sequence of images that the GRUPPO SINESTETICO presents and captures the instant the act is performed.
Images, portraits, not just of beauty but of an aesthetic appearance which becomes transformed and modified by the very same subjects/models, who must show comic monstrosity.
Masks that ironically dispel for a few seconds the negativity of our daily living through the simplicity of a smile. |
