Joe Reinsel's works have been performed at national and international events including: SIGGRAPH 2006, Zero One San Jose 2006, Art Interactive (Boston), Contemporary Museum (Baltimore), University of Glasgow, Pixelache(Fin), Roulette(NYC), Deep Listening Space(NYC), and Galapogos Arts Space(NYC). He has a Master of Fine Arts in Electronic Arts from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute(iEAR Studios),and a Master of Arts in Music Composition from Radford University.
Also Joe Reinsel is Director of Digital Media Arts and Assistant Professor at College of Notre Dame of Maryland in Baltimore, MD, USA.

This video is an exploration of visual materials that I collected while living in Quito, Ecuador. The visuals are sequences of assembled still photographs. The music was created to increase the tension of the rapidly moving imagery forming notions of exploration, rotation, speed, and pause.
